GetDone collects only the information needed to deliver persistent reminders.
Information GetDone handles
GetDone’s main task database, including completion history, is stored locally on your device. GetDone does not require an account and does not use advertising or analytics services.
To keep active reminders working beyond iOS’s pending local-notification queue, GetDone sends outstanding task titles and identifiers, the next reminder time, reminder interval, time zone, sound and Quiet Hours preferences, pause status, and an Apple Push Notification service device token to GetDone’s reminder service. The service is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure and sends notifications through Apple Push Notification service.
This information is used only to schedule and deliver GetDone reminders. It is linked to a randomly generated installation identifier and the device’s push token, not to a GetDone account.
Siri and Apple Watch
Siri requests are processed through Apple’s Siri services under Apple’s privacy terms. Task information may be transferred directly between your paired Apple devices using Apple’s Watch Connectivity framework.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. GetDone checks the App Store entitlement on your device to determine whether GetDone Pro is owned. KETHJ does not receive your payment-card details.
Tracking and sharing
GetDone does not track you across apps or websites, sell personal information, or share task data with advertisers or data brokers. Reminder-service data is not used for advertising, marketing, or analytics.
Data deletion
Completing or deleting a task updates the reminder service after the next successful sync so that its server-side reminder schedule is removed. Removing the app removes locally stored app data, subject to your device and backup settings, but cannot itself send a final deletion request. To request deletion of reminder-service data after uninstalling, email kethj.support@gmail.com.
Children
GetDone does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
