G Marker

G Marker is designed as your personal map. Your Marks and attached media stay on your device unless you choose to share a Mark.
G Marker stores the information you add to a Mark—such as its title, category, status, date, notes, place details, website, coordinates, photos and videos—locally on your device. Preferences such as category order, haptics and navigation choice are also stored locally. G Marker has no account system, advertising network or developer-run database for your private Marks.
If you grant permission, G Marker uses your location while the app is in use to centre the map, show nearby Marks and update a Mark to your current coordinates. Location is not used for advertising or background tracking and is not sent to KETHJ.
G Marker uses Apple MapKit and Apple Maps services for maps, place search and address lookup. Search terms, coordinates and related context may be processed by Apple as needed to provide those features and are subject to Apple’s privacy terms. KETHJ does not receive this information.
G Marker accesses your photo library, camera or microphone only when you choose a related action and grant permission. Media attached to a Mark is stored locally for your personal use. It is not uploaded to KETHJ.
When you choose to share a Mark, G Marker can create a share image and an import link. The link encodes limited place information—such as the title, place name, address, category and coordinates—so the recipient can import a copy. This information is carried in the link and is not stored in a KETHJ sharing database. Photos, videos and private notes are not included. Anyone who receives or forwards the link may be able to import those shared details, so share it only with people you intend to receive it.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. G Marker checks the App Store entitlement on your device to determine access to Plus features. KETHJ does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may process purchase and subscription information under its own privacy terms.
If you choose to navigate with Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze, G Marker sends the selected destination to that app. The navigation provider handles that information under its own privacy policy.
The current version of G Marker does not track you across apps or websites, use advertising identifiers, sell personal information or share your private Mark data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your Marks and media remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app, subject to your iPhone and backup settings. Because shared import links are not stored on a KETHJ server, G Marker cannot centrally revoke a link after you have shared it.
G Marker does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
